EveryAptMapped.com is a free, purely informational resource, so there are no fees or any other cost associated with listing and updating your property information on our web site.



Preferred Data Format

We prefer to acquire management company and property information in "MITS Property-Marketing/ILS 1.5" format.

In an effort to preserve apartment community data accuracy we prefer to avoid any unstructured data editing and thus are not usually able to add/modify properties manually.

Please provide us with MITS data export files outlined above.

If your management company does not yet support MITS data export we might consider alternative data export formats your company is comfortable with.

Data Structure Background

EveryAptmapped.com is built upon Multifamily Information and Transactions Standard.

MITS data format is a voluntary, industry-wide data exchange standard developed under direction of the National Multi Housing Council. This data standard is making it easy to exchange property-related information between interested parties.
